What Does This Year's First Round Have in Store?

This year's NBA Draft top selection is already being predicted as we speak. Most expect Derrick Rose of Memphis to take the top spot, followed by Kansas State's Michael Beasley. But, what have the previous first pick's of the NBA draft offered us up to this point?
